Dr. Jeppson chose dentistry because it combines his two passions: art and science. First, he attended Ricks and BYU for undergraduate studies before enrolling in dental school in Portland. Then, he graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 2000 with his dental degree. Moreover, continuing education remains a top priority—he takes double or triple the required CE hours. He regularly studies orthodontics, sleep dentistry, laser techniques, CAD/CAM, implants, BOTOX®, and dermal fillers.

Can I really get a permanent dental crown in one day?
Yes. With CEREC® technology, Jeppson Dental can design, create, and place a custom ceramic crown in a single appointment for eligible patients. Dr. Jeppson will determine whether this treatment is right for your tooth.
What is a CEREC® dental crown?
A CEREC® crown is a custom ceramic dental restoration created using digital scanning, computer-aided design, and in-office milling technology. This allows us to complete many crown treatments without sending the restoration to an outside laboratory.
Do I need a crown for a broken or cracked tooth?
Not always. Treatment depends on the location and extent of the damage. Some teeth can be repaired with fillings or bonding, while others may require a crown or another restorative procedure.
How long does a same-day dental crown take?
CEREC® technology allows many crown procedures to be completed during one appointment. Your total visit time will depend on your individual treatment needs.
How much does a same-day dental crown cost?
The cost depends on your treatment needs and insurance coverage. Jeppson Dental accepts many insurance plans and offers financing options. Contact our team to discuss your options.
Do you offer financing if I don't have dental insurance?
Yes. Jeppson Dental offers an in-office membership plan for uninsured patients and works with third-party financing providers, including Clerri®, for qualifying applicants.
