Dr. Jeppson chose dentistry because it combines his two passions: art and science. First, he attended Ricks and BYU for undergraduate studies before enrolling in dental school in Portland. Then, he graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 2000 with his dental degree. Moreover, continuing education remains a top priority—he takes double or triple the required CE hours. He regularly studies orthodontics, sleep dentistry, laser techniques, CAD/CAM, implants, BOTOX®, and dermal fillers. Additionally, he focuses on preventive and restorative dentistry to provide well-rounded care. Currently or previously, he holds memberships in ADA®, UDA, AADSM, AGD, and LDS Dentists.
For nearly 25 years, Dr. Jeppson has provided trusted dental care in the Provo area. Interestingly, as a teen, he damaged his front teeth while playing basketball. Over time, he received orthodontics, three root canals, a crown, and three veneers to restore them. As a result, he understands life in the dental chair—especially as an anesthesia-resistant patient. These personal experiences deeply influence how he approaches and practices dentistry today. Above all, your comfort matters most to him during every visit. Therefore, he treats each patient with the same care he would want for himself. Ultimately, he aims to give you the best dental experience you’ve ever had.
If you have questions or concerns, Dr. Jeppson gladly takes time to explain your options. As a result, you can make informed, confident decisions about your dental care and treatment. After your treatment, he follows up to ensure proper healing and make necessary adjustments. This ongoing support helps you achieve the best results and long-term satisfaction with your smile.
Meanwhile, Joe and his wife live in Spanish Fork with their two adult children. When he’s not at the office, he enjoys quality time with his family. Additionally, he loves cheering on the Cougars, traveling, biking, hiking, and playing the piano. He also finds joy in fly fishing and exploring the outdoors whenever possible.
We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment in which our patients feel comfortable and at ease.
